Promotion of Biliteracy and Trilingualism

SCOLAR Debating Education Programme for Junior Secondary Students

Following its successful debut of debating competition for junior secondary students in the 2005/06 school year, SCOLAR launched the Debating Education Programme for Junior Secondary Students in the 2006/07 to 2008/09 school years. The objective of the Programme was to enhance students' creativity, communication skills and critical thinking abilities, and to develop teachers' pedagogical knowledge and skills in debating.
